Find My Move is a property search platform that provides users with access to property listings.

We are not a letting agent.
We do not grant, negotiate, arrange, or secure tenancies, nor do we act on behalf of landlords, letting agents, or tenants.

All tenancy decisions are made solely by landlords or letting agents.

2. Scope of Our Services

Find My Move may provide:

  • Access to the Find My Move platform
  • Information on properties advertised by third parties

We do not:

  • Act as a letting agent
  • Guarantee housing
  • Guarantee acceptance by any landlord or agent
  • Submit applications on your behalf
  • Negotiate tenancy terms
  • Handle deposits, rent, or contracts

All applications and communications are made directly between you and the landlord or letting agent.

3. Tenant Fees Act 2019

Find My Move does not charge tenant fees within the meaning of the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

No payment is required to:

  • View a specific property
  • Apply for a specific property
  • Secure or be considered for a tenancy

4. User Responsibilities

By using Find My Move, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date
  • You understand that listing availability is controlled by third parties
  • You apply for properties at your own discretion
  • You do not rely on Find My Move as a guarantee of housing

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering any tenancy.

5. Third-Party Listings & Content

Property listings are provided by third parties, including landlords and letting agents.

We do not:

  • Verify ownership
  • Verify availability in real time
  • Control acceptance criteria

Find My Move is not responsible for the accuracy or outcome of third-party listings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find My Move shall not be liable for:

  • Failure to secure accommodation
  • Decisions made by landlords or agents
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate landlord and agency accounts that:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Misuse the Platform
  • Provide false information

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
