Location - The fields are situated at Manor Farm, Shorncote near Cirencester.

Description - The fields are split into paddocks and fenced with electric and amount to 4 acres. There is a small sand school/standing area. There is facility for wash down from adjoining buildings. Shelter is provided by trees around the edge of the fields. The fields are available for a maximum of four horses. The three fields may be available separately by negotiation.

Grazing Licence - The grazing would be let on a Grazing Licence. The landowner may be able to check the horses on occasions but the responsibility of the horses remains with the owner on a daily basis. The field is long term pasture having previously been grazed by horses.

Access - Access is through the yard and full respect is required for the neighbours.

Parking - There is provision to park vehicles, including horsebox, subject to separate negotiation.

Services - There is mains water which is chargeable by way of a meter. There is facility to wash down from an adjoining building.
